Notice

  • If you use up the daily provided 2 GB of data, you can continue using an unlimited amount of data at up to 5Mbps of speed. 2 GB of data will be provided every night at 12 AM.
  • The rental fee will be charged for each day until you return the device.
  • To extend the rental period, please call the LG U+ Customer centers. Contact Info 010-3998-1004(charged, U+ Mobile phone toll free).
  • If renting a regular cell phone, you must pay the security deposit with your credit card, but the temporarily approved amount will not count towards the actual fee.
  • If renting a smartphone, the security deposit will automatically be canceled after the phone is returned, and following the credit card policy, the deposit will be returned to you after 15 days. The returned amount may change due to the exchange rate.
  • After returning the phone, personal information saved on the device, such as your pictures and contact information, cannot be sent to another device.
  • If the phone is lost or damaged, inform the LG U+ Customer centers immediately, and an additional charge of 90,000 to 450,000 KRW will be incurred. If you return the device within 14 days after informing the LG U+ Customer centers, the additional charges will be returned to you.
